A week devoted to food as a cultural and spiritual act. Hand-made pasta, pizza from the wood-fired oven, seasonal preserves — not as a class, but as a shared ritual, slow, full of conversation and scent.
The programme is a guide, not a contract. Every week is shaped around the guests’ rhythm and interests.
